- Which team members must come together at what critical moment in the project course?
- Do all employees speak the same language – this does not necessarily refer to country languages but to “sub-languages” like engineering, programming, logistics, customs.
- When do you have to make which process decisions and are there system settings, which have to changed with regards to customs requirements.
